Shipping Policy

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times after shipment are estimated as follows:

Shipping is calculated at $5.00 per item in your order. Subscribe to our newsletter to receive a one-time FREESHIP code for free shipping on your first order.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase. Wilson Outdoor Company is not responsible for carrier delays.


In-Store Pickup

Skip the shipping fee entirely by choosing In-Store Pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and you'll receive an email notification when it's ready. Pickup is free of charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time to check the status of your shipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at will@wilsonoutdoorcompany.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photos of damage if applicable. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of odors, stains, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at will@wilsonoutdoorcompany.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request (typically within 2 business days).
  3. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and a prepaid label where applicable.
  4. Package your item securely and ship it back within 7 days of receiving the label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get the correct item without delay.
